Events beginning summer 2025

Flower and Flow hosts high vibe events for yogis and spiritual seekers of all kinds. Our main event is our trademark Flower and Flow workshop – a yoga class enveloped in an extravagant flower forest. We also offer a combination yoga class-floral design workshop, where yogis learn the basics of arranging flowers. Finally, we are available to support private events like bridal showers, mother’s blessing ceremonies, weddings, de-coupling ceremonies, baptisms, celebrations of life, and other rituals where flowers can contribute transcendent atmosphere.
